We had a fantastic stay at Napolitano Apart! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with just a short stroll to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views of Banos. The breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about local tours and even assisting us with our Spanish homework. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Banos!

Additionally, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the nearby waterfall, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. What impressed me most was the well-equipped rooms with a kitchenette, allowing me to prepare my own meals and enjoy a cozy stay. The friendly and attentive staff added to my positive experience, always there to assist me with any requests. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious, with a special mention to the refreshing pineapple juice that my whole group loved. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren schön und ruhig und das gesamte Hotel war makellos sauber. I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - it was very close to the city center and within walking distance of the lovely town of Baños. I loved that it was also close to the avenue of waterfalls, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Secondly, the rooms were great, with the added convenience of a kitchen and refrigerator. The views of the waterfall from the room were absolutely stunning. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and provided a great start to the day. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly staff who made me feel right at home.

The hotel’s location was convenient and close to everything - a maximum of 10 minutes’ walk to the town, which had a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby. the room was spacious and had a private bathroom. Service was good and the breakfast was quite nice.

Had some issues with the hot water not being consistently hot and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. However, overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming option in the area.

The location was perfect, as it was a short 5-10 minute walk to the center of town where we found many great restaurants to choose from. The breakfast served was tasty and had a good selection of fruits, eggs, breads, coffee and juice.
